It may take up to ten (10) days for us to process an opt-out request. 

Note that some of our exam integrations (e.g., Brillium) will automatically generate a one-time email with results or feedback. These system-generated messages are essential to course functionality and are not subject to opt-out.

Account Deletion

You may request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will process your request in accordance with applicable laws. After you delete your account, you will not be able to sign in to our Site or access any of your personal information.  However, you can open a new account at any time after you delete your account, and we may still retain certain information associated with your account for analytical purposes and recordkeeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, enforce our Terms and Conditions, take actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our Site or users, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law.  In addition, if certain information has already been provided to third parties as described in this Privacy Policy, retention of that information will be subject to those third parties’ policies.
